Refund policy
At Vida Mansa LLC, we want you – and your pets – to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
- You may return unused and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please include your order number and any relevant details with your return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Wrong Product or Accidental Order
- If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we’re happy to accept a return as long as the product is unused and in resalable condition and returned in its original packaging.
- In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can follow your package back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene and inventory-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been used, assembled, washed or show signs of wear;
- Returns sent more than 7 days after delivery;
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase;
- Products returned without original components or accessories.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- After reviewing your claim, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at no additional cost to you, according to our assessment of the best solution in each case.
- In situations where we confirm an error on our side (wrong product shipped, manufacturing defect, or carrier damage covered by our policies), Vida Mansa LLC will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
