Quick Guide

STEP 1 – Install the Sealing Ring (DO NOT SKIP)

1. Place the Sealing Ring onto the threaded part of the Bowl.
2. Make sure it sits flat and evenly. It must fit tightly.

Without the sealing ring, water will leak.

STEP 2 – Secure the Bowl to the Base

1. Insert the threaded part of the Bowl through the side hole of the Base.
2. From inside the Base, screw on the Fixing Ring.
3. Tighten firmly by hand.

If not tightened properly: leaks or reduced water capacity may occur.

STEP 3 – Install the Reservoir (Cup)

1. Fill the Reservoir completely with water.
2. Turn it upside down. Align it with the top opening of the Base.
3. Gently place it into position.

The Reservoir does NOT lock. It simply sits properly in place.

STEP 4 – Leak Test (VERY IMPORTANT)

1. Check all parts are firmly installed.
2. Observe the Bowl area for any dripping.

If leaking occurs: check the sealing ring position.
Re-tighten the fixing ring.

Your dispenser is ready to use.

Refilling Instructions

1. Remove the top cup by pulling it upward and turning it 180° (Image 1).
2. Fill the cup with water as desired (Image 2).
3. With the dispenser upside down, attach the filled cup back onto the base (Image 3).
4. Rotate the entire dispenser 180° to return it to the upright position (Image 4).
5. Place the dispenser for use (Image 5). If the water level becomes too high, remove a small amount with your fingers until it reaches the ideal level (7–12 mm / 0.28–0.47 in below the rim).

Important: Aluminum dispensers do not have a locking system on the cup. Once filled, always lift the product by the base — never by the cup.

The water remains protected, clean, and fresh, ensuring comfort, hygiene, and preventing wet fur.
